Hamm’s Meat+Market is an Old Town McKinney institution that was originally opened in 1954. The new owners were looking for a complete refresh of the brand and brought the classic shop to a much wider group of customers. That led to the development and launch of Hamm’s 54 Burgers+BBQ in a little corner of Pottsboro which served the community awesome food for over 2 years.
